KEY CONNECTIONS RECRUITMENT • CANDIDATE TERMS OF SERVICE

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

​

By submitting your Curriculum Vitae (CV), professional history, or qualifications to Key Connections, or by engaging with our talent consultants, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our recruitment services. Our talent search, selection, and placement services are completely free of charge to candidates.

 

2. Candidate Obligations, Warranties & Indemnity

 

2.1 By submitting your information or engaging with our talent consultants, you explicitly warrant and represent that:

  • All information, employment history, technical skills, and credentials provided are honest, accurate, and completely true.

  • You hold the active legal right to work within the territories relevant to your application.

  • Your submission does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights of any third party.

  • You are not breaching any active restraint of trade, non-compete clause, or confidentiality agreement with current or past employers.

  • All stated cloud, software, and technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, or academic degrees) are valid, active, and legally held by you. You hereby grant Key Connections authorization to verify these credentials directly with issuing authorities.

 

2.2 Indemnification:


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Key Connections against any claims, losses, reputational damages, or costs (including legal fees on an attorney-and-own-client scale) incurred by the Company as a result of you providing fraudulent, negligent, or intentionally misleading information regarding your qualifications, history, or immigration status.

 

3. Representation and Candidate Privacy

 

3.1 Key Connections is committed to protecting your privacy.

 

Your full CV, professional history, and direct identifying contact details will only be shared with prospective corporate clients after a talent consultant has discussed the specific role with you and obtained your direct consent.

 

4. Candidate Communications

 

4.1 By submitting your details to our consultants, you explicitly consent to receiving career opportunities, interview updates, and marketplace insights from the Company via email and direct mobile communications (including WhatsApp and SMS).

 

4.2 You retain the right to opt out of promotional or insight communications at any time by notifying your consultant or using the "Unsubscribe" or "Stop" functionalities built into our communications. Opting out of marketing updates will not affect administrative communications regarding an active, ongoing interview and recruitment loop in which you are a participant.

 

5. Right to Represent and Introduction Exclusivity

When Key Connections presents your professional details to a corporate client, and that client requests an interview, you grant the Company the exclusive right to represent you for that specific vacancy and corporate entity. You explicitly agree not to submit your application to the same corporate entity directly, through another recruitment agency, or via any third-party intermediary for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the formal introduction.

 

6. Limitation of Liability & Termination

 

6.1 Key Connections does not guarantee that engagement with our talent consultants or search-and-selection process will result in an interview, job offer, or placement. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services or any resulting employment placements.

 

6.2 We reserve the right to cease representing you and terminate our recruitment relationship without notice if we suspect any fraudulent activity, provision of false credentials, or breach of active restraints.
